GasMan Energy Referral Offer – Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Overview
Existing customers of GasMan Energy can receive a £100 reward for referring a new customer who successfully purchases and has a new boiler installed by GasMan Energy.
2. Offer Period
- This promotion is valid for referrals made on or before 31 August 2026.
- GasMan Energy reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time.
3. Eligibility
- The referrer must be an existing GasMan Energy customer.
- The referred individual must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from GasMan Energy.
- The referral must be declared at the time of initial enquiry or quotation. Retrospective referrals may not be accepted.
4. Referral Reward
- A £100 reward will be issued to the referrer once the referred customer’s boiler installation has been fully completed and paid for in full.
- The reward will be issued via bank transfer, voucher, or another method determined by GasMan Energy.
- Only one reward is payable per successful referral.
5. Conditions of Payment
- The referred installation must not be cancelled, refunded, or subject to dispute.
- Payment will typically be made within 30 days of installation completion and confirmation of full payment.
- Where multiple referrals are received for the same individual, the reward will be issued to the first recorded referrer.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
- By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained the consent of the referred individual to share their contact details with GasMan Energy.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

7. Exclusions
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Commercial, bulk, or automated referrals may be excluded unless agreed in writing.
- GasMan Energy reserves the right to withhold rewards where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected.
8. Changes and Termination
- GasMan Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Valid referrals made before any changes will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of referral.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
10. General
- This offer has no cash alternative unless otherwise stated.
- Participation in the referral programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- GasMan Energy’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
