Scotland World Cup Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is GasMan Energy (“the Promoter”). This giveaway is not affiliated with the Scottish FA or any official merchandising partners.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to residents of Scotland aged 18 years or over.
- Proof of age may be required before the prize is awarded.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must:
- Like the giveaway post.
- Follow GasMan Energy’s social media account(s).
- Comment on the giveaway post as per post instructions.
Entries that do not meet all requirements may be deemed invalid.
4. Giveaway Period
- The giveaway opens on the date the promotional post is published (10.06.2025).
- Entries must be received by the closing date (14.06.2025).
- Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
5. Prize
One winner will receive “The Ultimate Scotland World Cup Party Pack”, consisting of:
- 1 £50 Greggs voucher
- 2 bottles of Irn-Bru
- 1 Scotland football
- 1 Scotland scarf
- 1 Scotland car flag
- 1 pack of Tunnocks Tea Cakes
- 1 bottle of Scottish National Team Blended Scotch 25/26 70cl – 46%
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. GasMan Energy reserves the right to substitute any prize item with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
- The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.
- The winner will be contacted via the social media platform on which they entered.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, GasMan Energy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Collection
- The prize must be collected from a GasMan Energy at 59 Montrose Avenue, Hillington, G52 4LA.
- GasMan Energy accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged after collection.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that GasMan Energy may announce the winner’s first name and general location on its social media channels and website.
9. Data Protection
Any personal information provided in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway
11. General
- GasMan Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
